Welcome to Auxora Digital ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website auxora.digital and all products and services offered through it. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Auxora Digital offers the following products and services:

EXPIRY-EDGE Script: A one-time purchase Python algorithmic trading script for use with the Dhan broker API.
NEXORA Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly subscription providing strategy updates, signal alerts, and script access.
Done-For-You Algo Service: A managed service where Auxora Digital operates trading algorithms on the client's Dhan brokerage account.
EXPIRY ALERT: A monthly subscription service providing pre-market expiry day alerts for NIFTY and SENSEX via WhatsApp and Telegram.
NEXORA Signals Lite: A monthly subscription providing daily curated trading signals with entry, target, and stop-loss levels.
Market Pulse Daily: A monthly subscription providing pre-market daily briefings with key levels, OI analysis, and option chain insights.
Expiry Day Report: A monthly subscription providing weekly post-expiry analysis reports delivered via WhatsApp.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

You are legally eligible to trade in Indian financial markets.
You have a valid Dhan brokerage account (required for script-based services).
You understand and accept the risks involved in algorithmic trading.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For subscription services, billing occurs on the same date each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Delivery of Services

Scripts: Delivered via email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Subscriptions: Access granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
Done-For-You: Setup call scheduled within 48 hours. Service goes live within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All scripts, training materials, strategy documents, and content provided by Auxora Digital are proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share our products with third parties without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our scripts or services for any illegal trading activity.
Share, resell, or distribute our software or training materials.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile our scripts.
Make misleading claims about our products or services to third parties.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds, cancellations, and subscription termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auxora Digital shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.

10. Risk Disclaimer

    Trading Risk: Algorithmic trading in equity derivatives (options, futures) involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any algorithm does not guarantee future results. Auxora Digital is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or portfolio manager. All products are software tools and educational services only. The client is solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
  

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
